1. ECG Technician

2. Medical Record Assistant

  • Education and other qualifications:
    • 12th grade pass from a recognized board or university.
    • Certificate of Medical Record Technician training from a recognized institute

3. Junior Radiographer

  • Pay Level: Level-3 in the pay matrix (21700–69100)

ESIC Gujarat Paramedical Staff Vacancy 2023 Nationality/Citizenship Requirements

A candidate must meet one of the following criteria to be eligible for ESIC Gujarat Paramedical Staff Vacancy 2023:

(a) A citizen of India

(b) A subject of Nepal.

(c) A subject of Bhutan

(d) A Tibetan refugee who arrived in India prior to January 1, 1962, with the intention of establishing permanent residence in India

(e) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, the East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of establishing permanent residence in India.

It is important to note that candidates falling under categories (b), (c), (d), and (e) above must possess a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India. While such candidates may be allowed to participate in the examination, the formal offer of appointment will only be extended once the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued by the Government of India.

I. APPLICATION REGISTRATION:

  1. Visit the ESIC website at www.esic.gov.in and click on the option “APPLY ONLINE FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POST FOR PARAMEDICAL POSTS IN ESIC,” which will open a new screen.

  2. To register the application, choose the tab “Click here for Registration” and provide your name, contact details, and email ID. The system will generate a provisional registration number and password, which will be displayed on the screen. Please make a note of the provisional registration number and password. An email and SMS with this information will also be sent to you.

  3. If you are unable to complete the application form in one go, you can save the data already entered by selecting the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. Prior to submitting the online application, it’s advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” option to review and modify details if necessary. Visually impaired candidates should fill out the application form carefully and ensure the details are correct before the final submission.

  4. Carefully fill out and verify the details in the online application, as no changes will be possible after clicking the “Complete Registration” button.

  5. Ensure that the name of the candidate, as well as their father’s or husband’s name, matches the certificates, mark sheets, or identity proof. Any discrepancies may disqualify the candidacy.

  6. Validate your details and save your application by clicking the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save & Next’ buttons.

  7. Proceed to upload your photo and signature, following the specified guidelines for scanning and uploading.

  8. Complete the remaining details of the application form.

  9. Click on the Preview Tab to review and verify the entire application form before clicking on “COMPLETE REGISTRATION.”

ESIC Gujarat Paramedical Staff Vacancy 2023 Payment of Fee:

(i) AMOUNT OF APPLICATION FEE:

  1. SC/ST/PwBDs/Departmental Candidates, Female Candidates and Ex-Servicemen: Rs. 250/-

    • This fee of Rs. 250/- shall be refunded, deducting applicable bank charges, upon the candidate’s appearance in the Part-I written examination.
  2. All other categories: Rs. 500/- (Bank Transaction Charges will be borne by the candidate).

ESIC Gujarat Paramedical Staff Vacancy 2023 MODE OF PAYMENT (ONLINE MODE):

a. The application form is integrated with the payment gateway, and the payment process can be completed by following the provided instructions.

b. Payment can be made using debit cards (RuPay, Visa, MasterCard/Maestro), credit cards, internet banking, IMPS, cash cards, or mobile wallets.

c. After submitting your payment information in the online application form, wait for the notification from the server. DO NOT PRESS BACK OR REFRESH BUTTON TO AVOID DOUBLE CHARGE.

d. An e-receipt will be generated upon a successful transaction.

e. If no ‘E-Receipt’ is generated, it indicates payment failure. In such cases, candidates should log in again using their provisional registration number and password and repeat the payment process.

g. For credit card users: All charges are listed in Indian rupees. If a non-Indian credit card is used, the bank will convert the amount to the local currency based on prevailing exchange rates.

h. To ensure data security, close the browser window after completing the transaction.

i. There is a facility to print the application form containing fee details after payment.

j. Female candidates, Departmental Candidates, candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBDs), and Ex-servicemen should provide beneficiary account details for the refund, including Beneficiary Name, Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, etc.

Guidelines for Scanning and Uploading of Documents:

Before applying online, you will need scanned (digital) images of your photograph and signature as per the specified requirements below.

Photograph Image:

  • Recent passport-size color picture.
  • Color the photo against a light-colored background, preferably white.
  • The face should be straight and relaxed.
  • No squinting or harsh shadows.
  • No “red-eye” in the case of flash photography.
  • Caps, hats, and dark glasses are not allowed. Religious headwear is permitted, but it must not cover the face.
  • Dimensions: 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
  • The file size should be between 20kb and 50 kb.
  • Ensure that the scanned image size is not more than 50 kb. Adjust scanner settings (DPI resolution, color depth, etc.) if necessary.
